Ways of use

• Use clean, room temperature tap water. Make sure that the water level does not exceed the maximum water level indicator.
• Add 5 to 12 drops of the selected doTERRA essential oils to the water. You can use more oils for an even more intense fragrance effect. Experiment with the amount of oil you use and find out how to achieve the best results for you.

Cleaning the appliance

Cleaning is essential to ensure that there are no oil deposits in the evaporator that could prevent proper operation. You should therefore carry out a cleaning cycle on your appliance from time to time. If you use it every day, it is advisable to carry out the cleaning cycle once a month. Follow the steps below:

1. Half fill the evaporator with clean water.
2. Add ten drops of white vinegar.
3. Turn the unit on for about five minutes to allow the water and vinegar mixture to soak into every part of the unit and clean it.
4. Empty the evaporator completely.
5. Use a stick dipped in vinegar to wipe the hard-to-reach areas and corners of the unit.
6. Rinse with clean water.
7. Wipe the vaporizer with a dry cloth and dry it thoroughly.
