- DEFINITIONS
- Goods: Moveable items offered for sale on the Website, including goods with digital elements.
- Consumer: An individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft, or profession.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£).
- VAT: Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law.
- Price Changes: The Seller reserves the right to modify prices. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Procedure for Incorrect Pricing: If a price is displayed incorrectly (e.g., £0, or a price clearly resulting from a system error that is recognizable to a reasonable person), the Seller is not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. The Seller will offer the product at the correct price, at which point the Buyer may choose to proceed or cancel the order.

- Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart”. This does not yet create a payment obligation.
- View Cart: Check contents, modify quantities, or remove items.
- Checkout: Enter shipping and billing details.
- Final Review: Review all data and total costs.
- Finalize Order: Clicking the “Place Order” (or “Pay Now”) button constitutes a binding offer to purchase and an obligation to pay.
Order Confirmation:
- Automatic Acknowledgment: You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This is not yet an acceptance of your offer.
- Order Acceptance: The contract is formed when the Seller sends a second email confirming the dispatch of goods or explicitly accepting the order.
- PAYMENT METHODS

- Bank Transfer: You may settle the payment via bank transfer to our designated account if this option is selected during checkout.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Territory: We deliver to the United Kingdom.

- Shipping Cost: The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
- Delivery Time: Unless agreed otherwise, we aim to deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL (WITHDRAWAL)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel: You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Reimbursement Timing: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
Returning the Goods: You shall send back the goods to us at: 9 Yeovilton House, 75 Blanchard Avenue, Gosport, England, PO13 8NF, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
- Cost of Return: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel: The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened cosmetics, earrings).
- WARRANTY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS (STATUTORY RIGHTS)
UK consumers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your Statutory Rights: We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with this contract. The goods we supply must be:
- Of satisfactory quality: They must not be faulty or damaged when you receive them.
- Fit for purpose: They should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to us.
- As described: They must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown.
If the product is faulty:
- Up to 30 days: If your goods are faulty, you have an immediate right to reject them and get a full refund.
- Up to 6 months: If a fault develops within the first 6 months, it is presumed to have been there from the start (unless we can prove otherwise). You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is unsuccessful, you can claim a refund.

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@melini.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 30 days.

- MISCELLANEOUS
- Language: The language of the contract is English.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
